
FAC is co-developer and co-owner of 200 affordable rental apartments that will be part of an approximately 850-unit building near downtown Brooklyn. The affordable units would be under a separate condominium ownership structure, with FAC as 50% owner. They would be developed under NYC HPD’s Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Program, and they will be permanently affordable at an average of 60% of Area Median Income. Construction for the building is expected to start in 2022.
