FAC Infinity

The Joint Ownership Entity (JOE) FAC Infinity project comprises 102 units in 12 buildings across Brooklyn. The buildings are undergoing both moderate and substantial rehabilitation, with a focus on reducing operating costs and improving both energy efficiency and tenant comfort. The project makes use of a wide variety of energy efficiency funding programs, including NYSERDA’s RetrofitNY 2.0 program, the New York State Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program, and the New York State Clean Heat program.

At the conclusion of the building renovations, all buildings in this project will be transferred to the Joint Ownership Entity New York City, a membership organization that owns and asset manages affordable multifamily rental properties.
