Desarrollo de viviendas asequibles

Many New Yorkers struggle to find housing that they can afford. In response, FAC develops, preserves, and manages affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents. To date, FAC has built or renovated more than 1,500 affordable housing units, representing over $365 million in investment across Brooklyn and Queens. FAC currently manages more than 600 units across 48 buildings, including supportive housing, and provides residents with case management and connections to public benefits and essential services. Many of our properties include commercial and community spaces, and more than 80% of our retail tenants are small businesses owned by women and/or people of color.
