Fifth Avenue Committee (FAC) and Neighbors Helping Neighbors (NHN) have reopened to the public by appointment!

After taking proper precautions and following guidelines from NYC/NYS and the CDC, the following locations will be open for in-person services by appointment only:

To keep everyone safe, no walk-ins are permitted. Appointments are available for individuals who cannot access services or programs remotely.
