Sunset Ridge is a new nine-story building and two renovated adjacent townhomes that feature 83 new units of affordable senior housing plus one super’s unit, including twenty-six units for formerly homeless seniors. The main building includes five new Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) classrooms to be run by the New York City Department of Education. The building construction was completed in December 2022, and lease up was completed in spring 2024.
