This new 9-story building with 2 adjacent townhouses will include 83 units of affordable housing for seniors as well as 5 new Universal Pre-Kindergarten classrooms. The units will be supported by project-based Section 8 vouchers and target seniors ages 62 years or older earning less than $37,000. 26 of the total units will be set aside for the formerly homeless and a 1-BR apartment in the townhomes will be reserved for a resident superintendent.
